Backgrounds For Members ONLY?

Hey penguins! Today I waddled into the Gift Shop to get some backgrounds on my "Secret" account, and I tried to buy the "Rainy Day" background, and it said it is only for members.


Is this a glitch? I honestly think so because why would they make one background be for members and all the rest for non-members and members. Does this mean there is special about this background thats better than all the rest? Make sure to leave a comment and tell us what you think!
